I'm Ashley
Designing for meaning that outlasts the moment.
Complex problems. High-stakes domains.
Trust - designed into every detail.
Featured works

Winnow Health
The strongest signal in physician recruiting had no home in the platform. I designed the end-to-end referral experience - giving physicians a seamless way to refer colleagues and recruiters the tools to track, prioritize, and place at scale.

Ember
Caregivers managing health for an entire family deserve better than five separate logins. I designed Ember - a concept AI-native health app for the sandwich generation that unifies every record, every appointment, and every person you love into one seamless place.

Aya Healthcare
Password
A legacy platform gaining its first AI capability. Designed a clinical AI agent to help recruiting and clinical teams review candidate submittals faster, more consistently, and with greater confidence.

Santé Wellness
The care doesn't stop when the session ends. Partnering with a physical therapist to bring his vision to life, I helped designed Santé - a movement and wellness app that keeps clients connected to their program, their progress, and their provider between appointments. Evidence-based, personal, and built around the long game.

Oh hey, you found me
I'm Ashley and I design for the people behind the screen, the stories behind the data, and the moments that make products memorable.

Hi, it's me :)
Lead Product Designer with 8+ years of experience bridging strategy and craft - turning complex, high-stakes workflows into experiences that actually work for the people navigating them.
My background spans consumer products and agency work, including projects with Twitter, through to enterprise SaaS, and healthcare workforce platforms. That range has made me comfortable moving between 0-to-1 thinking and scaling what's already working, and I tend to gravitate toward owning the full arc of a problem, from early discovery through to shipped product, rather than just one piece of it.
Right now that shows up most at Aya, where I lead design across multiple product teams: shaping AI-powered features, contributing to our design system, and bringing clarity to the operational and clinical-adjacent workflows that connect healthcare professionals to the people who need them. AI in healthcare, especially, is something I think about constantly: how it can take pressure off clinicians, close gaps for patients, and surface the right information at the right moment. But what actually draws me in isn't specific to this industry. I'm consistently pulled toward domains where the margin for error is thin, where a confusing interface isn't just an inconvenience but something with real consequences attached. Ambiguity, trust, decisions that matter: that's the kind of problem I want to be solving.
For healthcare, that pull is personal too. I grew up watching family navigate this industry as professionals, and I've lived it myself as a patient and caregiver. It's shaped how I think about trustworthy design under pressure, and it's a lens I carry into everything I work on.
Outside of design, you'll find me hunting down local eats, building eclectic playlists, chasing my energetic toddler, or drinking something hot and caffeinated. Recs always welcome :)
